Post treatment advice: Anti Wrinkle (Botulinum Toxin)
- Avoid lying down for one hour
- No constrictive headwear (tight hats, hairbands etc.)
- No working out 24h ours after treatment
- Do not massage the area after being injected
- No facials for one week
- No leaning on the area
- Avoid aspirin and any medications which may increase risk of bruising
- Gently remove make-up that evening
- Sterile cover-up may be applied the following day
- Moving the muscles is fine – no evidence to suggest any excessive movement makes any positive difference to outcome

Post treatment advice: Dermal Filler
- Do not manipulate injected areas
- Expect 10% of the final lip volume seen immediately after injecting to disappear (it is caused by swelling)
- Redness, swelling and bruising may be present in the injected areas
- Redness may last several hours after treatment
- Avoid aspirin and any other medications which may increase the risk of bruising further
- Apply cool compress and Arnicare cream if bruising is suspected
- Make-up may be applied to treated areas, although it is advisable to use sterile make-up and to wait 24h until applying
